We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to support building out our client's Latin America team, reporting out of their Doral, FL location. This is an opportunity to work with a tenured leader within an organization that is a leader in the DE&I space and be part of expanding the team. The schedule is hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote offering a starting salary of $84K and 5% bonus. Responsibilities 
• Create sales reports from multiple systems and databases for various departments such as Sales, Sales Operations, Senior Mgmt for analysis and strategic planning.
• Assess, design, create, analyze and manage individual sales quota reports across multiple roles, titles and fiscal years which deliver, improve, optimize, enhance and extend the productivity of sales business processes and cross-departmental operations.
• Work directly with sales team and internal operational teams to gather system requirements for enhancement requests.
• Query and analyze multi-table linked server datasets, providing sales reporting to management illustrating underlying trends and factors influencing current and future sales trends.
• Prepare and maintain reports to provide visibility of Year to Date performance, Gap Analysis, Forecast Projections, Plan Achievement, Year over Year achievement, Competitive Displacement, etc. Merge report data/charts with reports from other teams into master PowerPoint slide deck.
• Support continuous improvement of user experience within systems by proactively identifying potential challenges. Facilitate effective business user sessions gathering functionality feedback and determining necessary program, reporting or process changes. Additionally this role will create business reports that provide insight into key data points and communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.
• Build and maintain system reports, dashboards, and user views.
• Maintenance of CRM system including data extraction and monitoring standards KPIs and reports.
• Manage user form designs, system theming and other light configuration processes as needed. Build and test all configurations in development and quality environments to ensure proper testing prior to release to production.

 
Qualifications 
• 5+ years in reporting and business intelligence
• Experience working with MS Dynamics CRM (intermediate to advanced level)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Power BI preferred (not required)
• Proficient in English. Spanish and Portuguese is a plus
