Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify learning needs and skill gaps across various departments and levels within the organization.
- Learning Program Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging and effective learning programs, workshops, and training materials tailored to address identified development areas.
- Learning Delivery: Facilitate training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring content is delivered in an interactive and impactful manner.
- E-Learning Development: Utilize instructional design principles to develop engaging e-learning modules and digital learning resources.
- Performance Support: Provide ongoing support and resources to reinforce learning outcomes and ensure the successful application of new skills on the job.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, gather feedback from participants, and make data-driven improvements.
- Learning Culture Advocacy: Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development within the organization.
- Industry Trends Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to introduce innovative approaches and cutting-edge techniques.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, managers, and leaders to align learning and development initiatives with organizational goals and individual performance objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Consultant or a similar role, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret learning metrics.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational needs and embrace a growth-oriented mindset.
