We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant to join our organization. As a BI Consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing operations and enhancing data-driven decision-making processes for our clients. Your expertise will be pivotal in extracting, analyzing, and presenting valuable insights from complex data sets to support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Visualization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data. Create insightful visualizations, reports, and dashboards using BI tools to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends effectively.
• Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis. Recommend data-driven strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.
• Predictive Analytics: Utilize statistical models and predictive analytics to forecast demand, identify potential disruptions, and recommend proactive measures for mitigating risks.
• Data Integration: Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless data integration from various sources, such as ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and third-party data providers.
• Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality checks and establish data governance standards to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor performance metrics and alert stakeholders to potential deviations from set targets. Suggest corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Business Insights and Recommendations: Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to understand their requirements and proactively address their analytical needs.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of the latest BI tools, data analytics techniques, and technologies. Evaluate and recommend new technologies that could enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Consultant.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data integration and data governance best practices.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
