We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Professional to join our dynamic team. As an S&OP Professional, you will play a crucial role in aligning our clients’ sales and operational strategies to optimize efficiency and meet customer demand.

  • Demand Forecasting: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to analyze historical data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to develop accurate and actionable sales forecasts.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, identify potential stockouts or excess inventory situations, and propose strategies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing costs.
  • Sales and Operations Planning Process: Drive the S&OP process, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data exchange and decision-making. Facilitate regular S&OP meetings to review performance, address deviations, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Resource Planning: Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure production capacities, transportation, and distribution networks are aligned with sales forecasts and operational requirements.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess the effectiveness of S&OP strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret data and generate insightful reports, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and production, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve company-wide objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry best practices and technological advancements related to S&OP processes, seeking opportunities for process optimization and operational excellence.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Operations Planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management within a fast-paced and complex environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other relevant software).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE, D365) and supply chain planning (e.g., JDA/Blue Yonder, Coupa/Llamasoft, o9, Logility, Kinaxis) software applications is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
