We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) professional to join our dynamic team. The SIOP Professional will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients’ supply chain processes and driving overall business performance.

- Develop and execute the SIOP process to align sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production plans with business objectives.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer demand to generate accurate sales forecasts, ensuring an efficient balance between supply and demand.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to gather information and insights for the SIOP process.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain and propose action plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels, order fill rates, and customer service metrics to maintain optimal inventory levels while meeting customer expectations.
- Implement and maintain forecasting and planning tools and technologies to enhance the SIOP process and efficiency.
- Conduct regular SIOP meetings with cross-functional teams to review performance, address issues, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of the SIOP process and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in SIOP methodologies to continually enhance the company's supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize supplier relationships, ensuring timely and cost-effective material sourcing.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SIOP, demand planning, supply chain management, or related roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficient in using advanced planning and forecasting software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, supply chain optimization techniques, and ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
