We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IBP Professional to join our dynamic team. As an IBP Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving our clients’ strategic planning, operational alignment, and financial performance through effective Integrated Business Planning processes. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an Integrated Business Planning framework that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments, including finance, sales, supply chain, and marketing, to ensure smooth coordination and integration of business plans.
- Lead the forecasting process, demand planning, and inventory management to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast demand accurately, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews to measure the effectiveness of the IBP process and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive consensus across departments to ensure a unified understanding of the business objectives and a cohesive plan to achieve them.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IBP process.
- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology and software tools that support the IBP process and improve overall planning capabilities.
- Provide training and coaching to cross-functional teams on IBP best practices and facilitate workshops to enhance collaboration and alignment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to IBP to continuously improve and innovate the planning process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an IBP Professional or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful IBP implementation and optimization.
- Solid understanding of supply chain, demand planning, sales forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in using IBP-related applications (e.g., SAP IBP, SAP APO, Blue Yonder, Coupa/Llamasoft) and ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE, D365) software, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to adapt to changing business priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work under tight deadlines.
