We are hiring for a leading retail media and eCommerce advertising platform is seeking a Manager, Account Strategy to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of omnichannel advertising campaigns. This organization partners with brands to deliver conversion-driven and brand-building advertising solutions across digital and in-store channels.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting key Food category accounts (Frozen & Meat) and driving measurable business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and display
- Oversee campaign setup, pacing, budget allocation, and performance optimization
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop and present strategic media plans aligned with client goals
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Creative, and QA teams
- Ensure campaigns meet quality standards, SLAs, and performance expectations
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement timely solutions
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.)
- Manage account setup, QA checks, and ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaign execution and assets
- Create and deliver performance reports with clear, data-driven insights
- Oversee budget pacing and forecasting to ensure efficient spend
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, campaign management, or account strategy
- Strong experience across channels: search, social, display, and programmatic
- Deep understanding of digital media metrics and optimization strategies
- Proven client-facing experience with strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Master’s degree (a plus)
- Experience with DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges
- Track record of influencing media strategy and driving client investment
Team & Environment
- Part of a Client Services organization supporting Food category accounts
- Work closely with Sales partners and a team of Account Strategists
- Collaborative, fast-paced environment with high visibility and impact
