Job Title: Brand Manager (Contract)

A well-established, high-growth food & beverage CPG company is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to support key initiatives across its portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team driving brand growth, innovation, and category leadership within a highly competitive space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day brand management across assigned products
• Support development and execution of annual brand plans
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Insights, R&D, Operations, and external agencies
• Analyze performance data (IRI/Nielsen, POS, syndicated data) to identify growth opportunities
• Support innovation launches, line extensions, and promotional strategies
• Manage budgets, timelines, and project deliverables

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on brand management experience within food & beverage CPG
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with syndicated data
• Experience supporting product launches and integrated marketing campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
