A high-growth, purpose-driven global consumer brands company is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to help lead omnichannel shopper marketing activation across two rapidly growing premium food brands.

Their North America business is in aggressive growth mode, focused on redefining categories through innovation, insights, and premium consumer experiences!

The Customer Marketing Manager will play a critical role at the intersection of Brand, Sales, Retail Media, and Shopper Marketing. This person will translate brand strategy into impactful customer-specific activation plans that drive awareness, trial, retail velocity, and incremental growth across both ecommerce and physical retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead shopper and customer marketing activation across retail, ecommerce, and omnichannel channels
• Translate brand campaigns, innovation launches, and key tentpole moments into retailer-specific programs
• Execute in-store displays, endcaps, promotions, POS, merchandising, and retail media programs
• Partner closely with Sales, Brand, Media, and agency teams to support customer priorities and execution
• Manage retail activation programs from concept through launch and in-market optimization
• Leverage shopper insights and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and drive growth
• Collaborate with external partners across merchandising, sampling, couponing, and field activation

What They’re Looking For:
• Approximately 5+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Commercial Marketing within CPG
• Strong omnichannel shopper marketing experience across:

  • Retail media
  • Ecommerce
  • In-store activation
  • Promotions and customer programming
    • Hands-on experience executing in-store displays and retail activation programs
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environments
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Brand, Media, and agency partners
    • Experience within Food/CPG, Beauty, agency, or consumer brands environments preferred
