We are seeking a Search Performance Manager to analyze, optimize, and scale search campaigns for supplier partners while driving revenue growth and delivering actionable insights. This is a highly analytical role focused exclusively on search performance and strategic optimization.

Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid, local candidates required)
Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour W2
Employment Type: Temporary Contract

What You'll Do

• Analyze and optimize paid search campaigns to achieve supplier marketing objectives.
• Develop strategies that drive efficiency, performance, and revenue growth.
• Manage keyword targeting, account structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
• Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations based on campaign performance data.
• Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, Campaign Management, and Ad Tech/API teams.
• Identify optimization opportunities and contribute to search product improvements.
• Monitor performance trends and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support supplier partners by helping maximize the impact of their retail media investments.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Paid Search, Retail Media, or Digital Advertising.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing search campaigns, bidding strategies, and keyword optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
