Are you a strategic marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of merchandising, customer insights, and integrated campaign execution? We're seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy to join a fast-paced team supporting the Online Grocery business.

In this role, you'll partner closely with merchants, category strategists, creative teams, media, and marketing operations to develop and execute high-impact marketing programs that strengthen member engagement and deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Category Strategists and merchants to translate business goals into impactful marketing strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution across creative, media, digital, social, and channel activation teams.
  • Develop communication and messaging plans that support merchandise campaigns and reinforce member value.
  • Review creative concepts and campaign assets to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve speed-to-market and campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Measure campaign performance, communicate results, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Drive transparency through pre- and post-campaign reporting while collaborating with Marketing Intelligence and Finance.

Assignment Details

  • Location: Bentonville, Arkansas hybrid
  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Contract Length: Approximately 6 months (with potential for extension beyond the initial assignment)
