We’re partnering with a large, growing healthcare organization to hire a Web Strategist / Senior Digital Channel Strategist supporting enterprise digital experience across web, search, and conversion pathways.
This role sits within a team that is evolving and becoming more specialized, creating exciting opportunities to shape and scale digital strategy across a broader enterprise footprint.
About the Role
This is a strategy + analytics hybrid role focused on improving end-to-end web performance across key digital touchpoints including search, service line pages, provider profiles, campaign landing pages, and booking journeys.
You’ll act as a hands-on strategic partner, translating business goals into actionable digital strategies and using data to continuously optimize performance.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with marketing, web operations, service lines, and analytics teams to improve digital experience
- Translate briefs into clear, actionable web and digital strategies
- Optimize key journeys (search, landing pages, provider profiles, booking funnels)
- Analyze dashboards and performance data to inform decision-making
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, UX, and engagement
- Support service line redesign and smaller-scale web initiatives in the first 3–6 months
- Help shape digital presence and brand reputation across web channels
- Collaborate closely with analytics teams to drive continuous optimization
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in web strategy, digital strategy, or agency-style consulting
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and digital analytics
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly matrixed environments
- Strong problem solver with excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
- Earlier-career candidate with strong growth potential
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
