What You’ll Do
You’ll be the driving force behind high-performing digital campaigns from planning and setup to optimization and reporting.
In this role, you will:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across managed service and self-service platforms

Build media plans and develop strategies that balance brand awareness and conversion goals

Define campaign metrics, analyze performance, and deliver actionable insights

Manage daily campaign pacing, performance, and troubleshooting to ensure flawless execution

Collaborate with internal partners to deliver exceptional client service and campaign results
-
Oversee creative delivery, trafficking, QA, and campaign documentation
-
Partner with analytics teams to generate reports, insights, and optimization recommendations

Present campaign results, learnings, and opportunities for growth to internal teams and clients
What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in digital campaign management, bid management, or media operations

Deep understanding of campaign trafficking, optimization, and performance measurement

Hands-on experience with ad tech platforms and bid management tools

Strong project management and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Slack, email, project management platforms)

A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
