The company sought to optimize their order-to-cash (O2C) process through automation by implementing HighRadius. After the initial project assessment, however, the company recognized a gap in their internal resources to execute the implementation.

Additionally, there was a three-year backlog of deductions that was impeding implementation progress.

The Solution

The client engaged our subject matter expert (SME) to advise and lead the internal stakeholders, system integration (SI) partner, and team of consultants. This entailed:

    • Understanding the full capability of HighRadius and advising on best practices for the client
    • Developing and finalizing the statement of work (SOW) to ensure the client’s needs were met through the agreement
    • Securing alignment between the SI partner and internal stakeholders
    • Acting as a project champion, exhibiting full dedication to the implementation’s progress
    • Executing the SI partner’s strategy
    • Ensuring the SI partner hit all their milestones according to the SOW
    • Guiding the technical and functional workers on the project
    • Pushing the project across the finish line on time and on budget

    Deductions Backlog Cleanup + System Testing
    Our team also tackled the time consuming and intricate process of deductions backlog cleanup. This involved researching, validating, and clearing deductions to ensure the proper transfer of clean data to HighRadius. Additional responsibilities included:

    • Comprehensive system integration testing
    • Documentation of SOPs
    • Daily monitoring, validation, and reporting of portfolio activity

    The Benefit

    By implementing HighRadius, the client realized multi-million-dollar savings in data and process improvements that positively impacted the bottom line. The company also achieved go-live on time and within budget and reached a positive Net Non-Trade Deduction percent of Gross Sales Value.
